With nearly four decades of hospitality experience under his belt, Mike opened the doors to Alley Cantina in 2012.
He is passionate about creating a great dining experience and delivering an authentic slice of Mexico to customers.

Starting off as a kitchen hand in 2012, head chef Lenin used his passion for Mexican food to work his way through the kitchen to his current role.
